  1. Monthly Tuition: We do not offer refunds for monthly tuition payments. Once payment is made, it is considered non-refundable.

  2. Family Situations: If your family’s situation changes, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will do our best to work with you and accommodate your needs.

  3. Sickness or Absences: We do not provide refunds or credits for student sickness or absences. We understand that illness can be unexpected, and we encourage families to keep us informed if their child will be absent for an extended period.

  4. School Closures: If the school is closed due to sickness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a credit for affected students. Credits will be applied to future tuition payments.
