Summer Camp 2024

As Summer Camp spaces are filling up all around Tennessee, we’ve decided to kick off our introductory year with a week of Nature Summer Camp! Regular Forest School will begin August 12th, however, we invite your children (ages 5-12) out to enjoy nature and loads of forest play! If you’re not sure about school year fun, come check us out the week of July 15-19th.

Wondering what you can expect?

Lots of water play! We know the temperatures are already hot hot hot, so we’ll provide as much water play, and places to rehydration areas as we possibly can. We’ll have plenty of shade too - in the forest, and in the school house. You might even want to send the kids with swim suits under their clothing - we’ll stay cooled daily.

A cookout! We have this planned near the end of the week but we might be able to utilize the campfire more often. We’ll make sure to cover allergies and food restrictions so this can be something each child can participate it (in some way).

Hands-on

Nature!

We’ll make time to explore our surroundings (safely, of course) and learn about the tiny critters around us. Your camper will likely find caterpillars and see them morph into butterflies during camp!

Hiking! We are working on marking off trails for guided

hiking during camp. Let’s explore!

Sports!

Camp Magnolia is attached to CoFounder, Lynde’s, Family Farm and our Camp Grandad has an area we can hike up to and play basketball, tennis, you name it.

Arts & Crafts!

If that is what your kiddo is into, we’ll have it available. Our school house will not be the only space to get creative. We’ll have other areas for arts and crafts as well - so know we’ll make time and have space.

And so much more! We hope your little adventurers will join us for a week exploring nature, playing in water, hiking, sports, arts and crafts, and a cookout around the campfire. If you have any questions - please ask!
